Forms - the Easy Way

If you're working on Web sites, one of the ways that information is gathered from visitors is by creating a form.  Perhaps you have a Web editing program that has a Form Generation icon, such as Ewisoft Web Builder; perhaps you don't, as is the case if you're using Microsoft's SharePoint.  Even if you do have the functionality, creating a form to look exactly the way you want it to look is a matter of trail and error, and, even after a working with it for a lengthy period of time, you may not be able to attain the design you envision.  Even if you can, sometimes it will take you an incredible amount of time to figure out how to make the simplest of forms if you don't have a tutorial to walk you through the steps of the form creation process.

But even when you do create a form, and the end user can enter objective responses and short phrase answers, you may simply receive an email with information that must be input into a database.  Because of all this work a form creates, why not skip all the design work and use an available survey program, such as Survey Monkey (http://www.surveymonkey.com).  With this FREE Web based resource, you can craft your request for information one question at a time.  When the "Submit Suvrey" button is clicked, the information entered is then sent to the network administrator in an email, where it can be then entered into a database.

When your survey/form is complete, just put a link to it on your Web site.
