Marketing Matters (SM)
Why "Marketing Matters?" Because these are, and it does!! Marketing Matters are presented using an educational marketing approach, since good marketing is like good education for educated individuals. Exposure to many ideas and viewpoints assumes the learner has a basic understanding of facts and the ability to apply them, but the student must also be able to discover and analyze current research from myriad sources, evaluate its validity, and synthesize new knowledge. Also, it's that idea that pops up "out of nowhere" that creates a condition of "epiphanicity" (SM) (a.k.a., the "aha" moment), and foments creative solutions to persistent problems.
Each Monday, a new "tip" will be published so that you can check it on Tuesday (and reserve Monday to handle all those things that happened over the weekend). Sign up for the eCommunity, and a preview will be emailed to you. Check the index below for the latest tip, and scan the topics to the left for a new idea you might not have noticed or thought about before. Combine your check time with your mid-morning beverage of choice. Newest additions are listed first; all Marketing Matters are listed alphabetically in the navigation pane to the left.
